Consultancy with Liz Gadd

Introducing your Recruitment Consultant, Liz Gadd.
Finding people for your business and for job searching are big challenges, and with 33 years of experience helping clients and candidates, you will receive tremendous help and support through the network.
Placing both permanent and freelance people in marketing, PR, digital, creative, social media, events, communications, and digital roles means we’ve helped thousands of clients and candidates over the years through our recruitment agencies and we place both permanent and freelance professionals.
Our clients are looking for the best match for the job they are recruiting for, and we get paid a fee for supplying those candidates— thank you, clients!
There are many candidates who approach us who are looking for a change in direction, a pivot in their career and a move into a new role or opportunity, and although you have excellent skills in your current role and lots of experience, sadly, they are not necessarily right for the roles for which we recruit through the agencies. And there are many clients who are looking for support in recruitment without necessarily wishing to use a recruitment agency, and that’s okay!
To help more people, you can now book an hour with me for a “Recruitment Consultancy” session and set your own agenda.
For clients and candidates, you can advise me on what you’d like help with, and I’ll make a plan with you to deliver.
It’s your agenda.
We can work on your CV and LinkedIn profile, or we can help you create a target list of companies you’d like to work with, outline your offer, and provide guidance on how to approach them.
We can work out a new business development plan if you are a freelancer, and put a campaign in place to get in front of the right people, including how to approach people over on LinkedIn for the best results.
Alternatively, I can guide you on working with recruiters, the best ways to stay at the top of the list, and how to find the right recruitment agency.
Perhaps you need help with writing a job description or person specification, or the best place and way to advertise your role, or just to understand the world of recruitment a bit better.
Or your chosen subject!
