We are recruiting for two highly organised, enthusiastic Campaign Managers with strong customer service skills and experience in project management.

In this fast paced and varied role, you’ll manage multiple online marketing campaigns for scientific manufacturers around the world.

This is not a marketing role. You will be a Campaign Specialist/Coordinator/Manager working to strict deadlines, with limited opportunity for creativity, as this is focused on managing different campaign deliverables. As well as projects based on the specifics given by the customer.

We are also looking for a Team Manager for the Campaign Specialist team.

What will you do?

·       Plan, execute, review, report on, and optimise digital campaigns on behalf of our international clients (sponsors)

·       Offering excellent customer service to understand and deliver on sponsor objectives.

·       Organisation and prioritisation of work for multiple sponsor campaigns to ensure campaigns are delivered to time, quality and sponsor satisfaction.

·       Effectively communicate with internal sales and editorial teams and external customers to ensure all parties are informed on campaign progress.

·       Understand sales campaign objectives and create sales collateral for the sales team to support with campaign updates and renewals.  

·       Engaging with the Management team frequently to understand sales campaign objectives and, where appropriate, receive design & messaging briefs.

What do you need?

·       Bachelor’s degree in project management or communication related fields

·       A minimum of 2 years working within a professional environment

·       Tech savvy and comfortable with a variety of software platforms and can embrace digital transformation.

·       Confident using Microsoft software suites, including Outlook to a reasonably high level.

·       Analytical and comfortable compiling regular reports of campaign performance and results

·       Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

·       Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.

·       Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and project management skills.
