Following the success of last year’s conference, Spring Forward 2019 is back, bigger and better.

Aimed at women (with men warmly welcomed as well) who want to spring forward in their career; this year’s conference is returning to the Watershed and we have moved out of the cinemas and into rooms with lots of light and space.

Our focus this year is on authentic leadership.

Our ongoing research tells us that women want to be leaders, but there are concerns around having to ‘fit in’ to change their own behaviours when they join the top team.
We have brought together a group of speakers to talk about their own experiences and the work they are doing to ensure diversity is reflected at the highest levels of business and organisations.

Headline speaker Sam Budd, CEO of The University of Bristol’s Student Union an inspirational and trailblazing woman.
We are also honoured to welcome Peaches Golding OBE, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol to open our conference.

Back by popular demand are the panel discussions. There are two panels: Your Authentic Self – remaining true to yourself as a leader and The Reality of Being on a Board.

We also have a fantastic break out session with Sarah Pryce, chair of Cornwall Air Ambulance and Non-Executive Director for Royal Cornwall NHS Trust who will talk about: Resilient, robust and ready; holding onto your sanity in an increasingly crazy world
