Introduction

Having spent over 30 years placing freelance and permanent candidates into new roles, I have extensive skill and experience in what makes a great CV and LinkedIn profile, as well as what information should be included (and what should not).

Looking for a job or new clients as a freelancer can be a challenge, so the aim is to create a safe, purposeful space where we can work on your job search together. I can help you create an effective CV and LinkedIn profile, and then show you how to use both.

What’s covered

A thorough review and advice on your CV and your covering letter, tailored to you and your job search.  The goal is to guide you through all the aspects of the CV, the best way to present your skills and experience, and how to create covering letters that hit the mark with employers and clients.

Review of LinkedIn and help with making sure it’s got all the right information in the right places for you to be able to use the LinkedIn profile to further demonstrate your skills proudly.

Advice on guidance on using LinkedIn to find and connect with the right people, how to approach potential employers/new clients and how to use LinkedIn effectively to find a new role.

Fees and format

The fee is £199.00 for the CV and LinkedIn Workshop (two separate hours on Zoom with unlimited phone and email support).  The first hour is based on creating the best CV and LinkedIn profile for you, and the second is on presenting both in job applications and with approaches to your ideal employer or client.
