There are many candidates who approach us who are looking for a change in direction, a pivot in their career and a move into a new role or opportunity, and although you have excellent skills in your current role and lots of experience, sometimes those skills are not necessarily right for the roles for which we recruit through the agencies.  And many clients are looking for recruitment support without necessarily wanting to use a recruitment agency, and that’s okay!
