We are looking for a bright, analytical and technically minded senior professional to take on a leading role in the management of a number of key accounts, nurturing positive commercial relationships with your clients.

A key advisory role for your clients by proposing strategies, technologies and data driven solutions with actionable recommendations. Turning customer data into valuable insights that maximise their business potential. Asking the right questions of your clients to give them the knowledge needed to drive results.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent client service, managing and developing them as well as supervising their work on a day-to-day basis, gatekeeping the quality of work from brief to presentation to the client, managing campaigns for optimum engagement, coordinating internally and externally.

Working with and speaking about customer insight, and technology: we and our clients are results-driven, analytical and commercially focused.

Monitor team efficiency and assist in maintaining income margins, identifying and addressing recruiting requirements where applicable.

High levels of energy and resourcefulness with a fun and approachable personality who can build strong rapport with client and colleagues alike.
You’ll know your CRM, through direct marketing and digital experience. Coming from a data or integrated agency background, you’ve a keen eye for account development and an understanding of all things data.

A creative thinker who can transcribe CRM requirements into operational actions. Passion for designing and growing best in class solutions

A proven track record of driving account growth, you think strategically, tactically and operationally. Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills

You’ll have experience in dealing with both analytical and technical resources, and have the ability to understand the components of them in omni-channel marketing. Strong analytical skills. Able to analyse and draw conclusions from data and comfortable presenting quantitative information in a client context.

You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to work flexibly when needed, successfully managing multiple tasks under pressure.

You will be passionate about data driven marketing and have a desire to be at the cutting edge of omni-channel automation.

Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills. You want your team to share in the accounts success and to develop their careers.

Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

A thirst for new learning and a drive to develop new approaches which further thinking within the company and challenge the existing framework.
